OLDWICK, N.J., December 12, 2025 – AM Best has announced the affirmation of the Financial Strength Rating (FSR) of A+ (Superior) for the life and health insurance subsidiaries of Manulife Financial Corporation (MFC), based in Toronto, Canada. Additionally, the agency has confirmed the Long-Term Issuer Credit Ratings (Long-Term ICRs) of "aa-" (Superior) for these subsidiaries.
In a related assessment, AM Best has also affirmed MFC's Long-Term ICR at "a-" (Excellent), along with the Long-Term Issue Credit Ratings (Long-Term IRs) associated with the corporation.
